The largest land power forum and exposition of the year will be held in Washington, DC on October 9-11th . The event is the annual meeting of the Association of the Army of the United States (AUSA) which will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
ATEC – the Advanced Turbine Engine Company – is a joint venture between Honeywell and Pratt & Whitney. These two long-time supporters of America’s military will be supporting AUSA by sponsoring an informational booth (1739) which will highlight the T900 advanced dual-spool turbine technology being developed for the Apache and Black Hawk helicopters. Honeywell will also have a stand-alone booth (1717)
Visitors can attend AUSA free of charge and can register on-site at the Convention Center starting on October 6th.
AUSA is a private, non-profit educational organization that supports America’s Army – Regular Army, National Guard, Reserve, Retirees, Government Civilians, Wounded Warriors, Veterans, concerned citizens and family members.
